Community Representative (Part-time)

Our Goals

The part-time Community Representatives role is a client facing role, focusing on providing exceptional customer service to in house clients, as well as prospective new clients. Being the face of Areaworks, the CR will be at the forefront of the business, being the first point of contact for all clients and visitors whilst delivering a great first impression, in addition to assisting the Community Manager to achieve the following:

  • Create a fun and creative collaborative ecosystem amongst our members through constant communication, events, and client introductions
  • Maintenance of high occupancy by achieving community goals, and managing churn
  • Ensure that your centre is set to standard and operational

Our Duties and set responsibilities

  • Telephone answering and reception duties
  • Create community initiatives designed to create connections between members, including member introductions, overseeing events, and building walkthroughs
  • All member requests to be manged with immediate attention
  • Organise face to face meet-ups with our members to resolve any queries
  • Resolve member complaints with immediate effect, when possible
  • Conduct tours to a high standard, when required
  • Admin duties
  • Be ‘OPEN’ to feedback and possible ideas
